Anita + Jason - married under ancient cedars
I started off my wedding season with Anita & Jason at the end of March.
For weeks leading up to the date, I was convinced that we would be shooting under a rainstorm. The day before, we met up to chat details about the day. The forecast was still calling for a downpour.
I woke up the next day to drizzle.. but around 10am I noticed the skies were clearing. By noon, I was headed to the church with my windows down and sunglasses on. The sun came out for these two and it felt like the middle of summer, minus the crowds of people.
After their church ceremony, we snuck out into the National Park to shoot on a beach I knew would be empty. Following dinner, I convinced them to sneak off once again to catch the sunset a 15 minute walk away.
I had such a great day with these two. They were so easy to work with, and didn’t hesitate when I suggested any location (even when it meany scaling rocks to access it).
Cheers to 2019 wedding season!
